Malkia Ride is designed for women who want to ride and own an electric motorcycle for income generation, business, or personal mobility.

No. You can apply even if you are new to riding. However, you must meet the applicable requirements for legally operating a motorcycle.

No. You can choose to ride the motorcycle yourself and generate income, or own the motorcycle and hire someone to ride it for you. The goal is to help you own an asset that creates opportunity and moves you forward.

You get started with a deposit of KSh 10,000 only.

Repayments start from KSh 288 per day for 24 months for the motorcycle-only package.

You can also choose the motorcycle + smartphone package, which includes a free smartphone starting from KSh 295 per day for 24 months.

Malkia Ride gives you an electric motorcycle together with a range of protection and wellness benefits, including motor insurance to protect your bike, credit life cover to help settle the outstanding loan in the event of death, personal accident cover for accidental injuries, and hospital cash benefits to provide financial support during hospitalisation.

Malkia Cover is a package of benefits designed specifically to support women as they build their income and own an asset. It includes three paid wellness days every month, a three-month maternity payout after childbirth, and access to Menara Health App, a digital health platform that provides women's health insights and support, including menstrual health tracking and information through different stages of life, including menopause.

No collateral is required. The motorcycle being financed serves as the collateral for the loan.
