Application Process
Who can apply for a Fortune Simu loan?
To qualify, you must:
- Be an existing client with a good repayment history
- Have a valid original National ID
- Provide an active mobile number registered with M-PESA
How do I apply?
Visit any Fortune Credit branch or authorized agent, complete the application form, and provide the required documentation.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit is required.
Disbursement & Repayment
How long does it take to receive the phone?
Once approved, disbursement is done within one day, and you receive your phone immediately after approval.
What are the repayment terms?
Repayment is simple and affordable:
- Daily payment: KSh 90
- Repayment period: 12 months

Can I repay earlier than scheduled?

What happens if I miss a daily payment?
The phone will temporarily lock until payment is made.

What should I do if the phone has issues or doesn’t unlock after payment?
- Contact your loan officer or customer support immediately
- Share proof of payment (transaction ID, amount, and date)
What should I do if the phone is stolen?
- Report immediately to your loan officer or nearest branch
- The device will be blocked to protect your account
- Any payments already made will still be recorded and credited
